Here, i'll start us out.

Go here, and download WS_FTP LE 95. Install, open.

You should get some window coming up that says "Session properties" at the top. Put in all the stuff Zman provided in the original post, and hit ok. Profile Name can be whatever you want it to be, and host type should be "Automatic Detect". And check the box on the right to save the password.

Once you get in, you upload files like this:

1. The left box with a bunch of files is your computer. Navigate around it until you find the file you wana upload. Then hit the "->" key. This will upload it to the server, where it will appear at: www.z3hosting.com/theboard/thefileyouuploaded.jpg

2. The right box that currently has 2 files making fun of Terrorist Kirk is the server. You can download files from here if you feel like wanking off to them by hitting the "<-" key, which will download it into the folder that is open on the left.
